
Shakshuka
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
2 tbsp Serjella Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan on medium heat.
- Saute the onion for two minutes until softened.
- Add the bell pepper and tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover the pan and cook the vegetables for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
- Add the eggs and cook until eggs are fried to your desire. Serve.
