Shakshuka

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 onion, chopped

4 tomatoes, chopped

2 green bell peppers, chopped

2 tbsp Serjella Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a saucepan on medium heat.
  • Saute the onion for two minutes until softened.
  • Add the bell pepper and tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Cover the pan and cook the vegetables for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
  • Add the eggs and cook until eggs are fried to your desire. Serve.
