
Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
4 tbsp Serjella Extra Virgin Olive Oil
250 g fettuccine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Fresh oregano leaves
Preparation
- Add the pasta to a pot of boiling water. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
- Drain the pasta from water and set it aside.
- In another pot on medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add the cooked pasta, fresh cream, and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir to coat and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh oregano leaves and serve.
