Greek Salad


3 tbsp Serjella Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper

2 medium tomatoes

3 small cucumbers

1 medium onion

1 green bell pepper

¼ cup black olive slices

¼ cup feta cheese cubes

1 tsp dried oregano


  • Mix the olive oil in a small bowl with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop the tomatoes to cubes.
  • Slice the cucumber, bell pepper and onion.
  • Mix all the chopped and sliced vegetables in a big bowl.
  • Add black olive and feta cheese.
  • Pour dressing all over the mixture. Mix to coat completely.
  • Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
