3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 teaspoon hot red pepper
1 cup sweet corn
1 red onion
1 can of tuna
1 cup red beans
Salt and Pepper
• In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper well.
• In another large bowl, mix tomatoes, lettuce, chili peppers, sweet corn, onions and red beans.
• Dry the tuna from the water and add it to the salad bowl.
• Add the olive oil mixture, then mix them well.
