1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of corn kernels


•  Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

•  Add the corn kernels and salt to taste.

•  Cover the bowl and allow the corn kernels to ripen.

•  Turn off the heat and add an olive oil drizzle on the corn kernels.

•  Add grated parmesan cheese and mix all the ingredients together and then it is ready to serve.
