INGREDIENTS

4 cups of extra virgin olive oil
4 empty bottles of Serjella olive oil
2 lemon peel
4 dried hot peppers
4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 teaspoons of pepper
A small bunch of fresh thyme
A small bunch of fresh oregano
A small bunch of fresh rosemary

PREPERATION

Lemon Flavored Olive Oil

•  In a pot over medium heat.

•  Add one peel of lemon with one cup of olive oil.

•  Leave the mixture on a low heat for 20 minutes.

•  Remove it from the heat and remove the lemon peel.

•  Add the second lemon peel in one of the empty bottles.

•  Add the olive oil with lemon flavor inside a bottle, close it and store it in a cool, dark place and away from sunlight.

Olive Oil with Chilli Flavor

•  On a medium heat add 1 cup of olive oil to a bowl with 2 dried hot peppers.

•  Leave the mixture on a low heat for 20 minutes.

•  Remove from the heat and remove the hot peppers.

•  Add 2 dried hot peppers to an empty bottle.

•  Add olive oil with chili flavor inside a bottle and close it and store it in a cool, dark place and away from sunlight.

Olive Oil with Garlic Flavor

•  Add garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of pepper to a pot over medium heat.

•  Add in 1 cup of olive oil and leave the mixture on low heat for 20 minutes.

•  Remove it from heat and get rid of the garlic and pepper.

•  Add remaining garlic cloves and pepper in one of the empty bottles.

•  Add garlic-flavored olive oil inside a bottle and close it and store it in a cool, dark place and away from sunlight.

Olive Oil with Herbal Flavor

•  On a medium heat add 1 cup of olive oil to a bowl with 1 stick of rosemary, thyme and oregano.

•  Leave the mixture on low heat for 20 minutes.

•  Remove it from the heat and discard the herbs.

•  Add 1 fresh rosemary, thyme, and oregano to an empty bottle.

•  Add olive oil with herbal flavor inside a bottle and close it and store it in a cool, dark place and away from sunlight.
